- In case of a single missing tooth: These called “solo tooth deficit”, is when there is a requirement to replace only one tooth. The exceptions to this are of course the milk teeth and wisdom teeth, possibly “sevens” without antagonist. In this case, a crown is inserted onto the implant. It can be fixed by screwed or glued techniques. The advantageous part of this procedure is that the nearby healthy teeth won’t require a polishing of polished of the bridge structures, but only that certain tooth deficit will be replaced by this method.
